Mike’s home inspection report was very well presented and easy to read, with many good recommendations and the raw facts that you need when buying a home.

Mike,I read your report, and found it to be suitably detailed, well organized, and easy to understand. The web links which are accessible from the report are a welcome resource. It is far beyond what I understand can be the bare minimum — a pencil-annotated checklist, illegible at best.I have asked our realtors, Danielle and Ron, to include you in their suggested home inspectors. I have no reservations in recommending your services in the future.Much thanks as well for the supplementary resources, i.e. 2007 Home Improvement Costs, CHMC Maintenance Schedule, and the stove anti-tip bracket installation instructions.
